ONE WEEK PROGRAM INFORMATION
Arrival Day:
Upon our arrival at your residence, we kickstart the day with a thorough 90 minute handover session. This provides you with the opportunity to address any questions before the training commences. A detailed puppy assessment will be conducted upon arrival, identifying key areas for initial development.
Core Training Outline: (Duration: 7 days)
In the board and train program, flexibility is key—no rigid day-by-day schedules. We adapt to your puppies' pace, honing in on essential aspects and progressing seamlessly through the program. Our aim? To build a strong training foundation covering most, if not all, of the following;
- Reduction of undesirable behaviours
- Establish in-house routines
- Toilet training management
- Public socialisation adventures
- Handling and grooming desensitisation
- Crate training; learn to settle
- Addressing separation anxiety
- Tether decompression
- Marker training
- Development of leash manners
- Loose lead walking
- Front door manners
- Recall
- Sit, drop, and stay
- Place training
- Heel training
- Name recognition
- Building play drive
- Teach the 'out' command for letting go
- Impulse control 'leave it'
Departure Day:
At the end of the training week, we conduct a thorough 90 minute review of the entire program, allowing us to reflect on the progress made and valuable insights gained. Our aim is to ensure a smooth transition as your pup returns to your care, emphasising continuity in the training approach. This is also a time to address any remaining concerns, questions, or provide additional guidance needed for ongoing success. We take a moment to celebrate the achievements and growth of both you and your pup throughout the program, ensuring that you feel confident and equipped to continue training at home. Additionally, we open a discussion about the option for a program extension if desired or explore additional resources to provide continued support beyond the initial training period.
Please be aware that the provided training breakdown serves as an illustrative example. Each day is customised based on your pup's current learning ability and need to address priority behaviour problems. It's important to recognise this individualisation.

MEET AND GREET
During your free 15-minute consultation, if you decide to move forward with our services, we can schedule a convenient date and time for us to meet.
Our complimentary meet-and-greet is a mandatory step in our puppy acceleration program.
This session is designed to create a personalised training plan for your pup's care, addressing any specific needs or preferences.
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
Upon the check-in day, we'll coordinate a convenient arrival time. Whether you prefer to entrust us entirely with the reins of training or desire to be actively involved every step of the way, we look forward to an initial 90-minute discussion to tailor our approach to your preferences and needs.
Upon departure, our time together concludes with a thorough 90-minute review, a seamless handover, and engaging Q&A session, ensuring a smooth experience as you take the lead.
STAY REQUIREMENTS
Our puppy nannies require a comfortable and secure place to stay during their service. We recommend a designated room with the essentials, including a bed, access to the kitchen for food preparation, and a bathroom. Ensuring a safe and cozy environment allows our puppy nanny to provide optimal care and attention to your pup.
BOOKING EXTENSION
Interested in extending the Puppy Acceleration Program? Program extensions hinge on your trainer's availability. Booking an extension during your programs finalisation is likely accommodated. However, close to the finish date, availability might be limited due to other client bookings. Consult your trainer for scheduling options.

Please note that locations outside the mentioned service areas will incur a transportation fee of $2/km after 15km of travel (30km round trip).
PAYMENT
A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining 70% is payable at service completion. Convenient payment options: card, cash, or online invoicing.
